I went into my loft. I knew I'd be safe there. Besides, it gave a perfect view of the living room.
Mom was fighting with someone wearing... metal? His voice sounded familar some how. Strange.
"You won't take her away from me!" Mom declared in a loud voice.
Who was she talking about? Me? I didn't like the way mom was talking. she sounded so scared.
"Shut up wench." The guy called and slapped mom across the face. Hey! He had metal blades on his arm. Mom was hurt bad.
"Inhuman FREAK!" he yelled stabbing mom agian. Poor mom.
"Saki......stop......think of our daughter."
Daughter? Saki? THAT guy was dad? What happened to him? Why was he hurting mom?
"Saki is dead. I am the Shreddar!" Dad started to curse after this. " Now, excuse me while I get MY daughter."
He thought I'd go with him? After he basically MURDERED my mom? I don't THINK so!!!!!!
I heard him go in my room. Then he came back muttering at how I always left the house at night.
Once I was sure he'd be gone awhile, I climbed out of the loft and, slowly, walked into the living room.
